CDR return to PRMF: Win a chance for your track to be mixed at South London’s newest Recording Studio!
Another year; another Peckham Rye Music Festival! Inspired by the outstanding response to our workshops last year, CDR are returning to the fringe with a day of workshops, artist talks, performance collaborations and a club night on Saturday the 20th at Peckham Springs.
The day programme kicks off with Chain Of Events; your chance to setup, perform and record a hardware based set in collaboration with attendees. We provide the drum machines and synths, you provide the ideas! Following it up will be the A’Mas Collective, showing off a series of improvised performances.
Music production workshops and artist talks will be taking up the rest of the day programme, followed by a special Open CDR DJ set of new tracks submitted exclusively for this session, in collaboration with the BA/BSc Sound Design course team at the LSBU School of Arts and Creative Industries. We’ve also got some studio time up for grabs at their state of the art recording facilities at Elephant Studios, which there are details of below.
